Vegan Beetballs Over Spaghetti Squash
Fit AF’s Beetballs are a naturally plant-based meal brimming with flavor! We start by Roasting Beets to bring out their Naturally Sweet flavor. Then, we shred the Beets and mix them with protein-loaded Black Beans and spices such as Fennel, Cumin, and Fresh Basil & Parsley. Finally we serve it over a bed of Low Carb Spaghetti Squash and a side of our House-Made Marinara!
